At the KGH site, the Staff Wellness Centre located on Connell 8 offers a peaceful and inviting space for staff to relax and unwind. Whether you want to try out the massage chair, listen to music (head phones and soothing music available), or just sit and take time out of a busy day, the Wellness Centre offers the perfect retreat. The space is accessible with your ID badge via swipe at the door. To get to Connell 8, take the Connell elevators to the 7th or 9th floor and take the stairs to the 8th floor, or better yet just take the stairs directly.
At the HDH site, staff can enjoy the tranquility of the Oasis Room located in Jeanne Mance, Room 315. Staff are encouraged to relax in the main room of the Oasis Wellness Centre, where they will find a massage chair and loungers. Headphones are also available for easy-listening CD's. Access is gained with your ID badge via swipe at the door. To get to the Oasis Room from the main entrance take the bank of elevators to the 3rd floor, head right off the elevator and take the first hallway on the left; just before the Focus eye Centre, take a right.
